Oylamalar bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00fclkemizde ya\u015fanan deprem facias\u0131 nedeniyle payla\u015fmay\u0131 do\u011fru bulmad\u0131k.
