Following a two-year hiatus due to the Covid 19 pandemic, UED held its third face-to-face summit in Gaziantep, Turkey’s gastronomy center, on March 24-27, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As in previous summits, UED Summit offered a very rich social program this year, in addition to information panels and b2b meetings about the Turkish market. UED Summit participants had the chance to visit some of the most important museums not only in Turkey but also in the world, such as the Panorama Museum, Gaziantep Archaeology Museum, Zeugma Mosaic Museum, \u015eanl\u0131urfa Archaeology Museum and the world heritage center G\u00f6beklitepe. Representatives of nine participating schools and eighteen UED member agencies also tasted the most delicious examples of Gaziantep and \u015eanl\u0131urfa cuisine in some of the most traditional restaurants in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the most important parts of the event was the UED Agency Awards Dinner, where the awards were presented to the winners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Turkey UED Agency Awards, a first in Turkey, determined the winners in 13 categories with the votes of UED member overseas education consultants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2021, the eighth year of this prestigious award, two new categories were added to the competition: Agemcy Relations Management and Student Experience, but the categories related to summer school were not added to the competition for this year only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
